FINDING THE CORRECT WORDS TO SAY TO ZACH KENNEY
Posted Saturday, February 25, 2012 by Ed Dalton
Zach Kenney was a very good football player from youth football through ninth grade. This season Zach chose not to play football, so he came and saw me clearly stated his reasons, and shook my hand like a mature young man. This past week Zach has had to deal with the ultimate tragedy a teen could face the passing of his mother at a young age. Nobody is prepared or equipped for the death of his or her parent, we just must learn to face the situation. The evidence so far in Zach's young life is that he will deal with this tragedy and move on with his life and continue to make good decisions. You see Zach seems to always make the right decision and much of the credit for that has to go to women who just left his life. This tragedy will teach all of us what a great job Zachs mother did with her son, and it will also show Zach there are many people he can count on in his life.
God always has a plan sometimes we can't understand it just have faith that it is in place. To Zach you have my deepest and most sincere sympathy in this time of great loss. God Bless.
