If you asked me one thing I would tell an athlete to seperate himself and what makes the biggest difference over a career, I would say never going out of season in training. In other words weight train 11 months or more a year. Many athletes are getting this done, but probably none any better than Corey Hunsberger and Patrick Frey. In season, and still managing to get 2 and 3 good lifting sessions in each week, these two are gaining strength during their season. If you can continue that kind of dedication year round both of these athletes have a chance to be great ones. Stay focused Corey and Patrick!

PS - Evan Sherrib will be next weeks Athlete of the Week he has trained like a maniac, all tell you more this weekend.
