FINAL WEEK OF SUMMER TRAINING, I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO TRAIN 5 DAYS READ THIS ARTICLE!

This is the Final Week of our summer speed and conditioning program here is what I would like everyone to do this week. 

CORE LIFTS 5 + 5 + 5 THIS WEEK
OTHER LIFTS TO FAILURE

MONDAY - TOWEL BENCH + SQUATS + DIPS,CHINS, CHEATS,TRI-PUSHUPS, TO FAILURE TWICE + ABDOMINAL WORK

TUESDAY - SPEED & CONDITIONING PROGRAM ON GRASS SOFTBALL FIELD 9:15 TO 10:30AM

WEDNESDAY - CLEANS + PUSH PRESS + POWER RUNNER + 5 MACHINE LEGS TO TAILURE TWICE

THURSDAY - TEAM COMBINE AT STADIUM 9:15 TO 10:30AM HILLER STADIUM

FRIDAY - BENCH + POWER SHRUGS + DIPS,CHINS, CHEATS,TRI-PUSHUPS, TO FAILURE TWICE + ABDOMINAL WORK

I WILL NOT BE AT THE WEIGHTROOM ANYMORE THIS SUMMER AS OUR CLINIC PROGRAM BEGINS MONDAY 8.9.10 AT 630PM AT HILLER STADIUM
