We are in the stretch run of the pre-season for football.  Two more weeks for lifting and running then we get going for real with clinic on August  9,10,11,12 before reporting to camp on Sunday 8.15.10 at the stadium.  The season is fast approaching so train with purpose and be as prepared as you can to be the best player you can.
