SUMMER TRAINING MORE HARD CORE!

Posted Sunday, June 13, 2010 by Ed Dalton

Our summer training program is very demanding.  If you would ask me what I think it takes to be great I think it takes five training days a week.  Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the weightroom and tuesday and thursday doing our speed plyo program.  I think on e of the things that has to change in the summer is that you spend your extra time on the field developing your skills, not doing more sets in the weightroom.  The weightroom has to become hard core big powerful movements that allow power development to become better players but also that cut the time involved in training.  Dale Borings F.A.S.T program on Tuesday and Thursday allows for great speed and agility development.  Below I have listed the hard core lifts.
I can develop a program for you with two, three, four or 5 days of training, I just think 5 days works the best.  But if you can only give me 2,3, or 4 we can still get a great plan talk to me as soon as possible.  SINGLE FOCUS!
