FGS CAMP 2010
        FGS Camp 2010- Who, Where, When? Camp is for any boy who will enter grades 4, 5,6,7,8, or 9, this coming school year. Future Grid Star Camp is for any athlete who wants to get better in playing football, both as an individual and as a team player. Camp is not for someone who is not ready to go all out for 3 hours to improve their abilities, and become a better player.
     Camp takes place at Washington & Jefferson this year at Cameron Stadium the facility includes a 120 yard Turf and a100 yard Grass Field, an all weather track, spacious locker rooms, training room, meeting and film room. All the things needed to improve your game and for you to have a great camp experience.
     FGS Camp will take pace this year June 15, 16,17 from 9am-12noon at Cameron Stadium [on the campus at W & J]. Camp will be limited to 150 campers on a first come first serve basis, so get your reservations in early. ALL CHECKS WRITTEN TO FGS CAMP
WHAT TO EXPECT   - (QUESTIONS PHONE 724.554.9936 )
     You can expect to be in motion at 9:00am working to improve your skills. You can expect to practice rain or shine so dress for the weather. You can expect the individual breakdown of positions to be on offense: center, interior line, tight ends, receivers, running backs, and quarterbacks. On defense, you can expect the position breakdown to be: tackles, ends, inside backers, outside backers. corner, or safety. You can expect to compete in a 7 on 7 league, as well as have contests in the forty yard dash, short shuttle, l drill, passing, punting, and kicking. You can also expect to receive instruction about speed/strength development and have a player coach ratio of 8 to 1. You can expect to receive a t-shirt just for attending camp, and for awards to be given away each day for contests and other things. Most importantly, you can expect to be coached by some of the best high school football coaches around, as well as some local high school and college players. So get your registrations in early and I will see you in June.
