SYSTEM IS THE SOLUTION

I think the training system is the secret to being successful in the weightroom.  I have written up the system that allows the most field time for our athletes while still maintaining our strength and speed and quickness gains.

3 SIMPLE DAYS

day 1

a. dots
b. speed ladder workout
c. 1,2,3,4, flexibility
d. towel bench
e. squat
f. dips/chins
g. abdominal workout

day 2

a. dots
b. speed ladder and plyometric workout
c. 1,2,3,4 flexibility
d. cleans
e. front press
f. power runner
g. abdominal workout

day 3

a. dots
b. plyometic workout
c. 1,2,3,4,flexibility
d. bench
e. snatch
f. dips/chins
g. abdominal workout
