SOME NEWS ABOUT OUR COLLEGIATE PLAYERS

As spring football practice is about to begin at the various universities I thought it would be a good time to give you a few updates.
Andrew Miller senior tackle Ohio State is listed as competing against Mike Adams for the starting left tackle position for Bucks. Andrew started three games last year.
Andrew Sweat is coming off knee surgery for Ohio State it is possible he would redshirt and then have the opportunity to start two seasons for OSU.
Mike Yancich - Is running with the top six lb's at Penn State spring practice will be critical.
Cody Endres is in a wide open battle for the starting qb job at uconn he started 4 games as redshirt sophomore before being injured last season.
Brandon Weaver is listed as the starting Sam backer on preseason depth chart for Ohio University.
Jack Jamerson [New Hampshire] and Nate Lojek [Robert Morris] are both coming off freshman red shirts and this will be a big spring for both of them.
Here are just a few spring testing results for some of our players. Taylor Deep [Mount Union] benched 425 for 1 rep and squated 575 and has a chance to win the strongest player award at Mount Union. Andrew Sweat repped 225 27 times for the number 2 mark among OSU LB's and ran 4.61 electronic. Mike Yancich repped 225 21 times and ran 4.56 electronic timed. Troy Garove [Waynesburg] totaled over 1000 in bench, squat and clean to lead the backs at Waynesburg.
