STORRS, Conn. - Connecticut quarterback Zach Frazer is expected to miss the next two games with a right knee injury suffered in the Huskies' 12-10 loss to North Carolina.
Head coach Randy Edsall offered no specifics about the injury, but said Frazer will not play Saturday at Baylor and that Cody Endres would start.
Edsall said Frazer is likely to sit out the following week when the Huskies play Rhode Island.
Endres, a graduate of Trinity High School, is a 6-4 sophomore who played in four games since arriving in Storrs.
Frazer was hurt during a third quarter scramble in Saturday's loss to the Tar Heels. He finished the series but then did not return.
Frazer was 11-for-19 for 94 yards and one interception before the injury. Endres was 3-for-7 for 30 yards.
