Six Days a Week Every Week!

If you have not seen JD George recently you have not seen an amazing transformation from sophomore with potential, to soon to be junior who has worked very hard to be ready. At 5'10-240 JD has really got himself in great shape both running shape and strength agility shape. How has he done it? By dedicating himself to a six day a week training program and NEVER missing a workout that is available to him. For JD's extreme dedication he has been named this week's Trinity Football Player of the Week.
