The next few weeks will be very busy as a Trinity Football Player.  First and foremost return to a set schedule in strength training and now add the speed program on Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-10am.  After speed training this week we are going to workout 7 v 7 pass skeleton. 

This weekend 6.19 and 6.20.09 the blue team is going to WVU the White is going to CH for passing camps.

Next week we are at W & J on 6.24.09 for a passing camp both v and jv.

Next weekend we are going the CH for passing camp on the 26 & 27th with two teams plus our linemen are going to Pitt for the Line Challenge.
