About a month ago Chris Bombash who always does what is required asked me what else he could do to get better. I said you can start training 5 days a week using day 2 and day 4 for speed, core, and plyo work. One month later the results have been impressive and Chris's progress is evident. Fotr his extra effort Chris has been named this weeks Trinity Area Football Player of the Week. Way to go Chris!!!
