New Player Collin Pentland shows determination!

Collin Pentland decided in the off season to return to football. Since he made that commitment and began in January he has trained five days a week almost without fail. The results are noticable as he has gained around 10 pounds, and added about 20% to his strength in all of the core lifts. He has also improved dramatically on the speed ladders and the plyo part of our workouts. For his dedication this past week Collin Pentland has been named The Trinity Area Football Athlete of the Week! Congratulations!!
