The rising eighth grade athletes are easily more advanced at an earlier time that any group I have ever trained in the weightroom.
It is very good to see Andrew Steratore take a leadership role through the way he is working.
Some of the other senior seem to be getting in line and following.
Dan Miller is the hardest worker I have ever coached period!
Kyle McWreath has really become dedicated to training and you can see the difference. He has a chance to be one of the best to ever play here because he is ferocious.
The core senior group that is not playing a spring sport have been solid five days a week training.
The rising ninth graders accept any challenge you give them and since basketball ended we have had unbelievable participation from that group. Deep and Riotto have natural leadership ability.
Some of the younger brothers of great players here will make their own mark's and very soon. [J Deep, P Frey, S Iams]
Many of the track athletes have not missed in season workouts after track practice. [Mike Cleveland, Matt Friewald, Dom Raggi, Tony Edwards, Mike Schumaker, John Laschinsky, Tyler Yocca, JD George, and I am sure I am missing some.
Of the 71 players on our pre-season roster 47 play a spring sport, that is great.
The television schedules for next season will be announced in the next few week's stay tuned and one event might really be awesome.
In training remember do no ever confuse activity with accomplishment!
