Free Weight Phase I begins today!

We began Phase I of our free weight program today and some of the natural strength gains by our players were impressive. All 7 power stations were occupied for 2 hours but in the end we were able to get everyone through Day I of the power program. It really is hard to imagine the type of physical size this senior class will posess but this will be without a doubt the biggest Hiller Team ever put together.
Both Dan Miller knee, and Lashawn Bryant wrist are cleared and training. Tim Gordon most impressive lift of the day benching 245 for six reps at 185 pound body weight!
