Next years sophomores do well in first workout!

The sophomore class for next season [the current freshman] trained yesterday on the circuit and did very well for the first time.  The purpose of the circuit is to establish a base of high volume low weight activity to get your system ready for the progressive overload program we will begin next week.  We only use the circuit for in season and also for a week at the beginning of each cycle, fall, winter, spring.  Today next seasons juniors and seniors will do a 15 lift superset and the next years sophomores will follow with that tomorrow!
