SUMMER STRENGTH PROGRAM AND SPEED TRAINING

The summer strength and speed programs begin in earnest this week. Weightroom open Monday through Friday 9am -12 noon and Saturday 10am - 12noon. Speed Training at Hiller Stadium Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 10am. Lets have at it, the season is fast approaching.
