Rising Senior - Not a difficult choice at all Drew Iams, he has spent 5 days a week since January, packed on 15 pounds of muscle and been very impressive each day.
Rising Junior - Dan Miller is beyond approach in training. Dan trains 5 days a week three solid hours a day on both the strength training and the speed/agility side.
Rising Sophomore - A little tougher choice but I still think Bob Steinstraw outworks all of them in his class. He has missed two days since January 1, 2008 and he also is a regular on Saturdays.
In general we have very few players who are not training at an acceptable level, and as Lou Holtz would say;"Motivation is simple, eliminate the Unmotivated".
