WINTER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CYCLE BEGINS!

Our winter phaze of our strength and conditioning program began Monday 1-7-08. This is the first of three phazes of our off season program with the purpose of developing better football players and better athletes as well as limit injuries. Both the weightroom and the fitness center were packed with players working to win. Keep up the hard work as this has become one of the primary reasons we now can compete at the highest level in AAA for championships.
