TJ DOMINATES SECOND HALF TO DROP HILLERS AT HOME!

Posted Friday, October 12, 2007 by Ed Dalton

Thomas Jefferson used a punishing ground game to break open a 14-14 tie at half in front of a National TV audience to defeat the Hillers at home 35-14. Trinity had 5 opportunities with the ball inside the TJ 30 yard line just to come away without any scoring. TJ ups their record to 7-0 and sets up a clash with CV next week for first in the Big 7 Conference. The Hillers return to action next week again on Television as part of the PCN State Game of the Week package versus KO at Dormont Stadium. This game will have major playoff implications for the Hillers.
