BALANCING ACT!!

I find it interesting how some athletes can manage many tasks and some don't seem to be able to manage even one assignment. This week's Athlete of the Week has great time management skills. If you think you are having a busy summer read on to find out what you can accomplish if you effectively organize your time. This weeks Athlete of the Week has been able to participate in all summer football passing camps, weight training, speed and agility clinics, play Colt baseball, play Brownson House basketball, and workout with our basketball team multiple times per week, mow lawns for money, have a girlfreind, and if you are not busy enough throw batting practice for our Bronco All Star Team. Now what makes Alex Frey's accomplishments even better, is he is good at all of these sports, and he has increased his strength almost 30% since May. Add to this he lettered in all three sports as a sophomore, he should be really excited for his junior year in athletics. It is for this extreme dedication that Alex Frey has been named this week's Trinity Football Athlete of the Week. Alex is proof you can do many things if you are just willing to manage your time, and have parents willing to help you get all this done!
