JULY IS HERE!! LIFT, RUN, VACATION AND GET READY!!

July is here and we back off our summer schedule some, although our lifting and running schedules do not change. It is a time for all players to make the last gains they can to help them get better. You can improve most of your strength totals 10% in one month of heavy training. I am available for any additional skill work, or overtime training work for any athlete that asks. We have an opportunity that does not come along every year for every team. Keep your focus and enjoy July but don't forget to train to be great. Remember, Good is the enemy of GREAT!!!
