When selecting this weeks Trinity Hiller Football Athlete of the week something made me think about multiple sport athletes who continue to train at a high level in season. We have many such athletes who do so, just as almost every player on our team plays at least one more sport. But three athletes since March have been extremely dedicated to strength training. For those efforts I would like to recogonize Graham Cowieson,
Andrew Sweat, and Will Marth, for there non stop commitment to training since March, even though these athletes have been also busy playing a spring sport. I think they will find there dedication will make them better not only in the fall but also in whatever sport they are currently playing. Congratulations and stay focused on your goals both in-season and in the off season.
